As the sun goes down,
I’ll be waiting for tomorrow to come.
and as I lay here,
I’ll be thinking of you.
So, come tomorrow
I’ll be ready to let it go.
I’ll leave behind my sorrows,
for awhile.
Here, the tide gently sways,
I’ve managed to walk away,
but I can’t stop holding on,
I’m starring into the sun.
